Life Fell Apart.

Now We’re Building Something Real.

Your story didn’t end when life collapsed. It just started getting real.

Here, we don’t fix or sugarcoat, we create tools, words, and reminders that help you survive the hard days and build something better on the other side.

Indy of Slowly Returning

Life doesn’t hand out clean slates, it leaves us with scars, flashbacks, and days we’re not sure we’ll survive. But here you are, still breathing, still showing up.

Healing isn’t about going back to who you were, it’s about slowly becoming someone stronger, softer, and more real than before.

YOU are the proof that survival itself is power.

Free Healing Tools

I made these because I was drowning once too. You don’t need to buy your way into feeling human again. Download them. Print them. Scribble on them. They’re yours.

Hi Friend,

I'm Indy

A trauma survivor, writer, and digital creator building a healing-centered blog for people living with dissociation, DPDR (Depersonalization / Derealization), and nervous system dysregulation.

After experiencing a nervous system collapse triggered by trauma and emotional overload, I lived in a state of severe dissociation for months. I couldn’t feel real, couldn’t connect to my body, and floated through life in what felt like a dream.

Books & Tools

I didn't whip up these tools while living my best life, that's for sure! Nope, I was in full meltdown mode, dissociating, crying like a soap opera star, and trying to figure out who that stranger was in the mirror. Honestly, I was barely functioning!

These journals, kits, and downloads were my secret weapons when nothing else could save me from my dramatic life! ️
